To reflect the rarity of our materials and exceptional craftsmanship, we offer a 2-day return policy to ensure fairness and uphold our artisanal standards. You have 2 days from the delivery date to request a return, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns

The bag must be in its original, unused condition, complete with all tags, packaging, and the included dust bag, along with valid proof of purchase.

Returns are accepted only for verified defects in craftsmanship or damages attributable to shipping, as confirmed by our inspection.

Due to the customized nature of our products, personalized items such as those with engravings or bespoke designs are not eligible for return or exchange.
