To reflect the rarity of our materials and exceptional craftsmanship, we offer a 2-day return policy to ensure fairness and uphold our artisanal standards. You have 2 days from the delivery date to request a return, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • The bag must be in its original, unused condition, complete with all tags, packaging, and the included dust bag, along with valid proof of purchase.

  • Returns are accepted only for verified defects in craftsmanship or damages attributable to shipping, as confirmed by our inspection.

  • Due to the customized nature of our products, personalized items such as those with engravings or bespoke designs are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
